Trying to teach your dog sit and can’t get your dog to sit after hours of trying? To get your dog to sit can be pretty easy. You need to get some food or a toy they like. This will help them to focus on you and the command. If you don’t have your dog’s attention they will never learn.
How to teach them:
- put them in front of you
- put the tread in front of their snout
- move the treat towards the sky above their head
- The dog will want the treat and will auto sit
- After your dog does it a few times then you start saying sit right before they sit
It takes time and patience. So do not give up.
